80th Annual Meeting in Williamsburg, VA (2024)

Meeting registration will open in June. The deadline for submitting symposia, panels, papers, or posters is Friday, September 6, 2024. 

The deadline for online pre-registration for individuals who will not be presenting a paper/poster, chairing/co-chairing a symposium, serving as a panelist, or leading a workshop is Friday, October 11, 2024. After this date, the fee for registration will increase.

Registration Fees for the conference are as follows:

Please remember that all presenters (including tribal members) must be current members of SEAC in order to be first author on a paper or poster, to serve as a panelist, or to lead a workshop. Register an Organized Symposium, Panel, or Workshop

Symposium, panel, or workshop organizers/chairs must complete a Symposium Submission Form (linked below) before the event title can be made available as a presentation option for registrants. Please allow 48 hours for your event title to be available to presenters in the drop-down menu of the “Select Event Title” field of the Member Registration form.

To register for the conference as a SEAC member and, if presenting, submit your paper or poster information, please complete the form linked below.
