Williamsburg Lodge
310 South England Street
Williamsburg, VA 23185
The main conference hotel is the Williamsburg Lodge, which is a Marriott autograph series hotel. The Williamsburg Lodge rooms are $239/night (king, queen, and 2 queen options). Despite the cost of the hotel rooms, they do come with a free ticket to Colonial Williamsburg for the length of the stay and significant discounts (approximately 50%) on additional tickets. There are also other benefits that may be utilized by some conference attendees (spa and golf course access). There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and historic area as well. Guests have a reduced parking rate of $10/night and no resort fees.
The Woodlands
105 Visitor Center Drive
Williamsburg, VA 23185
The committee has reserved a block of rooms at The Woodlands, another Colonial Williamsburg hotel. It is a short 5 minute car ride away, but participants can also take the shuttle that travels between CW locations. The room rate is $139/night, but there is an additional resort fee at a discounted $10/night.
Other Options
Colonial Williamsburg has three other lodging options within the historic area. The Williamsburg Inn is a Forbes 5-star property for those looking for more luxurious accommodations. The Griffin Hotel and the Colonial Houses are priced between the Lodge and the Woodlands rates. The Colonial Houses have options for rooms in the tavern or standalone, multi-room buildings that sleep 4-8, but are in limited quantities. The benefit of these properties over non-CW affiliated hotels is that they are within walking distance and are stops on the free CW shuttle service.
Colonial Williamsburg Accommodations
As an area with a lot of tourism, there are a range of hotel, motel, and bed and breakfast options available in town to suit any budget that are mostly within a 10 minute drive from the venue. They are less accessible to those without their own form of transportation, though some hotels may offer their own shuttle to the historic area.
