At the upcoming 89th Annual Meeting of the Society for American Archaeology (April 17-21, 2024), to be held at the New Orleans Marriott and Sheraton New Orleans in downtown New Orleans, select sessions focused on archaeology of the "local region" of the SAA conference venue will be part of the "Southeast Session Series" on the conference program. Please look for sessions so designated on the conference program, as well as papers and posters on topics in Southeast archaeology that are not in the series. Attendance in person is of course encouraged and invited, but remote access is an option that may be available for sessions you might be interested in even if you cannot be there in person.
