The Center for Community Design and Preservation @ UGA is seeking a Coordinator to guide our long-standing FindIt historic resource survey program. The FindIt Coordinator is the lynchpin for a partnership of state agencies and academic outreach units that trains UGA College of Environment and Design students in field survey methodology. FindIt exposes them to ongoing innovations in cultural resource management through applied research, technology innovations, environmental review, mitigation studies, and community surveys. Desirable applicants will have a background in historic preservation or architectural history as well as field survey, project management, and personnel management experience.
