The SEAC Executive Committee passed the code of conduct for SEAC members regarding sexual harassment on September 5, 2022 by an overhwhelming majority. This action confirms and solidifies SEAC’s commitment to creating a community of archaeologists that supports its members to safely participate in the Southeastern Archaeological Conference. The code of conduct with the grievance procedure is posted on SEAC’s website here. Members of the SEAC SHARP Committee will be available at the SAFE Officer table near the registration desk at the 2022 Annual meeting in Little Rock, Arkansas November 9-12 to answer questions regarding the code of conduct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact President Maureen Meyers (mmeyers@newsouthassoc.com) or SHARP Committee Chair Carol Colaninno (ccolannino@gmail.com).
