The Department of Anthropology, Sociology, and Criminology at Troy University invites applications for a Lecturer, Archaeology Lab Coordinator position. Responsibilities include: teach half-time in anthropology and dedicate half-time to managing the Archaeology lab, including (but not limited to) artifact processing and cataloging, the curation of archaeological collections in compliance with state and federal regulations, and training students in archaeological laboratory and field methods. Regional and methodological areas of expertise are open but preference will be given to candidates with research interests in Indigenous North America.
